Hello Bobcats! This is going to be an amazing year at Bedichek as we continue to raise the bar of academic achievement, raise the roof in extra curricular activities, and come together as a community of learners, educators and staff to celebrate our diversity and uniqueness and support each other in an all-inclusive and welcoming manner. Together we will develop meaningful relationships with our community members, families, students and faculty.
¡Hola linces!
Go Bobcats!

Hey there! I am back in Austin ISD to start my third year as an Assistant Principal here at Bedichek Middle School, and I couldn’t be more excited! I spent the first part of my life in the DFW area until my Freshman year in high school, during which I moved to the small town of Caddo, Oklahoma. I stayed in the area through college. I am a proud graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where I majored in Spanish and minored in Management. I began teaching Spanish in 2014 at a charter school in the DFW area, but I have worked at various schools. During my 5th year in education, I completed my master’s degree in School Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. After that year, I came to Austin ISD as a Bowie HS Bulldog…then Covid happened. I transferred to LBJ ECHS, where I stayed for three years as a teacher. After nine years of teaching, I decided to act on the master’s degree I obtained, so I became an Assistant Principal at Manor High School, where I spent the last two years.
In my spare time, I hang out with my spouse, and play with my kids, playing video games, or playing card games like Yu-Gi-Oh or Magic the Gathering with my friends. I live in the area, so I am always close by. You may even see me at Walmart or HEB. I have been here since 2019 and love living here. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year and will be bringing the energy and fun to Bedichek.
